Dow Jones next resistance at 10580!

I expect DJI^ to touch 10580 and show some resistance there, above it, it will take some time hold and if volumes are strong enough, we will see 10700 in not time today. The only problem is the oil factor, oil is looking strong on charts and I see it moving up further to 83 levels.
